Phase 3
We are very excited to announce the construction of our newest residence ‘Aero Phase 3’ building which will be ready for occupation March 2024.
The Phase 3 is comprised of 64 studios, all of which are single occupation studios except for 2 which are semi private studios.
The Phase 3 offers similar finishings and materials of Aero Phase 2. The size of the single studios in Phase 3 are comparable to the size of single studios in Phase 1. Unlike Phase 1 & 2, studios in Phase 3 will enjoy air conditioning supplied by us and included in their monthly rent.
Aero Phase 3 has a laundry room, a bicycle storage room, and its residences have access to the common area (for gathering, playing and studying) at the Aero Phase 2 "Aero Hangar’.
The Phase 3 building has the same civic address as Aero Phase 1 as it was built as an extension to the Phase 1 building. The two buildings are joined by a ‘passerelle’ on the ground floor.
Below are the floor plans and price list for Aero 3. Prices for the single occupation studios vary primarily depending on their size, as well as whether located in the semi basement or on the floor levels above.
