Aéro Residences Phase 1, Phase 2 and Phase 3 are located across the street from the École nationale d’aérotechnique du Cégep Édouard-Montpetit (ENA). Aéro Residences were created with the vision of providing comfortable, affordable, and convenient lodging for students.
Built in 1995, Phase 1 is the original first building of the Aéro Residences and is located at 5500 rue de l’ÉNA, St-Hubert.

We are pleased to announce the very successful construction of our Phase 2 building which was completed for July 2019. This was the result of the growing demand from students and continual waiting list for Phase 1. Phase 2 is located at 5450 rue de l’ÉNA, St-Hubert adjacent to Phase 1.

We are very excited to announce the construction of our newest residence which is our Aero Phase 3 building. This building comprising of 64 studios, (almost entirely single occupation studios), is adjoined to the Phase 1 building by a ‘passerelle’ and is located on the corner of the lot of Aero 1. The completion of the building is slated for March 2024, and we will be looking to sign leases for occupation commencing as of that date.
